Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do
- Conduct complex investigations into customer, subscription, and network fraud.
- Identify fraud patterns, root causes, emerging threats, and attack patterns.
- Monitor and analyse high-risk activity using data and fraud intelligence.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate incidents and resolve fraud risks.
- Recommend and implement improvements to fraud controls, detection capabilities, and risk management processes.
- Present investigation findings, fraud insights, and risk assessments to support business decisions, compliance, and fraud awareness.
Requirements
- Experience in fraud, risk, investigations, or an analytical role.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to identify trends, investigate complex issues, and develop recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused, adaptable, and collaborative approach.

- Knowledge of telecommunications products and processes.
