2027 Internship: Gas Compressor Data Analyst

Location: San Diego, California; onsite five days a week. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $26.00–$43.00 per hour.

Develops gas turbine and compressor solutions and supports refurbishment and package upgrade projects for the oil and gas market.

What you will do

• Organize and analyze historical CRM data for compressor restage proposals.
• Analyze output from the restage lead generator tool.
• Mine customer databases to identify key compressor customers by region and installed base.
• Develop fleet and restage-potential cut sheets for the top 20 customers.
• Organize historical compressor curves by model for rapid evaluation in gas compressor analysis tools.
• Collaborate with sales, overhaul facilities, engineering, package engineering, and project management teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year or advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Classified by the school as a junior or senior and planning to attend graduate school.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal communication, written communication, and business or technical judgment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across varied tasks.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Previous cooperative education or internship experience.
