Commercial Lines Service Leader (Insurance)

Location: Irvine, California, USA. Full-time position with routine or periodic travel.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Set and monitor department goals aligned with profit center strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Assess recruitment needs, retain talent, and develop onboarding programs for new teammates.
• Supervise, train, and develop service teammates while improving department efficiency.
• Build relationships with carriers and industry partners to optimize products and services.
• Prepare monthly performance analyses and ensure compliance with insurance company regulations.
• Improve collaboration between sales and service teams and maximize the use of agency management technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines and Personal Lines, including agency management.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid Property & Casualty Producers License.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage, contracts, and applicable state regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and standard office equipment.
• Valid driving ability, acceptable motor vehicle record, and required vehicle insurance coverage for periodic travel.

Nice to have

• College degree in a business-related field.
• Insurance designation such as CIC or CPCU.
