Sr Principal Software Engineer (Circuit Simulation)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain software for analog and RF circuit simulation.
• Develop computer-aided methods for numerical problem solving.
• Apply algorithms for sparse matrix solvers, iteration, optimization, and related numerical analysis.
• Deliver innovative technologies in a production environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in electrical engineering, applied mathematics, physics, computer science, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in numerical analysis in circuit, electromagnetic, thermal, fluid, photonics, or a related field.
• Experience with algorithms such as sparse matrix solvers, iteration, and optimization.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming in Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with parallel computing and/or GPU utilization.
• Knowledge of circuit simulation tools such as Spectre, HSpice, or APLAC.
