What you will do

• Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling.
• Engage potential clients, organize meetings, and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attract and recruit consultants, mentor team members, and support their development.
• Oversee project success, consultant satisfaction, daily operations, and business-unit performance.
• Analyze financial results and implement strategies to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Structured, organized, competitive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment focused on excellence and continuous learning.
• Strong interest in data, artificial intelligence, and the impact of new technologies on business.
