Requirements
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience or a completed PhD.
- Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in the local office language is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt to changing project environments.

Hiring process
