Knowledge Team Trainee

What you will do

• Deliver original research, analysis, and insights to case and proposal teams, primarily on Hungarian and Southeast European markets.
• Provide expert source know-how and thought partnership to case and sector teams.
• Identify and address critical knowledge needs in collaboration with case teams.
• Prepare accurate documents and charts tailored to client work.
• Share topic and sector insights across the firm and contribute to the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably in the second or third year of a Bachelor's degree or first year of a Master's degree, or recently graduated.
• Fluent Hungarian and English.
• Experience with Windows-based software, including MS Office.
• Substantial knowledge of online databases.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Self-directed, flexible, persistent, and able to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
