What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility within significant insurance-related consulting projects.
• Develop strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on fact-based analysis.
• Develop new-business and in-force strategies for life insurance companies.
• Design insurance products and go-to-market strategies.
• Reshape finance and risk functions for insurance groups.
• Support capital management and value-creation optimization for insurance groups.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in insurance risk.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including actuarial, risk, finance, Property & Casualty, Life & Retirement, or Health topics.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and influencing the client agenda.
• Ability to partner with executive management during organizational change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, plus strong presence and leadership skills.
• Collaborative approach, high ethical standards, and experience working internationally.
