TL;DR
Customer Quality Specialist (Electrification): Supporting quality strategy and customer case resolution for an electrification business in a manufacturing environment with an accent on quality analytics, prevention, continuous improvement, and sustainable corrective actions. Focus on root cause analysis, identifying quality risks and non-conformances, and implementing preventive and corrective measures through 8D, A3, Ishikawa, and 5 Why methods.
Location: Onsite in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do
- Support the deployment of the quality strategy for the local organizational unit.
- Communicate quality-management requirements within the area of responsibility.
- Identify and address quality-management risks and opportunities.
- Analyze quality data to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
- Facilitate customer-case resolution through root cause analysis and preventive and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with local functions to achieve quality targets and sustainable operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in customer quality, manufacturing quality, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and structured problem-solving documentation.
- Knowledge of 8D reports, A3, Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Why analysis, and corrective-action tracking systems.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma and advanced English.
Nice to have
- Experience as a quality engineer working with switchboards, motor control centers, or low-voltage electrification systems.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
