Consultant or Project Leader, Industrial Goods (AI)

What you will do

• Execute consulting projects for industrial goods clients across aviation, automotive, aerospace and defense, machinery, industrial automation, and agribusiness.
• Support practice growth through case execution, client development, intellectual property, and product creation.
• Apply AI with BCG X to industrial use cases such as generative design, predictive maintenance, and agentic AI for factories.
• Lead project workstreams and small teams of consultants while providing expertise to client and project teams.
• Develop strategic ideas, conceptual frameworks, publications, toolkits, benchmarks, studies, and other intellectual capital.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience across diverse industrial goods projects, with a record of team leadership.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: aerospace and defense, automotive, machinery and industrial automation, or agribusiness.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and influencing client agendas.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, ethical, and collaborative skills, including experience in international work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English are required.

• Experience with technology, digital, or AI initiatives in industrial goods projects.
