What you will do

• Advise oil and gas companies on strategy, energy transition, decarbonization, and operational transformation.
• Develop carbon-neutrality and low-carbon diversification strategies for upstream operators and oilfield service companies.
• Support M&A transactions and post-merger integration initiatives.
• Transform operating models and redesign organizations across drilling, exploration, production, and offshore operations.
• Conduct market studies on low-carbon energy and support performance turnarounds.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships while influencing the client agenda and partnering with executive teams.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with an upstream operator or service company.
• Experience in challenging technical disciplines such as drilling, operations, project development, or geosciences.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within client organizations.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, ethical, and teamwork skills, with experience in international work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English are required.
