Expert Consulting - Consultant (Refinery Operations)

What you will do

• Advise refining and chemicals clients on strategy, operations improvement, digital initiatives, and technical challenges.
• Apply refinery industry expertise to tailor consulting solutions and strategies.
• Develop data analyses and hypotheses using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders while supporting change execution.
• Lead key workstreams independently and align delivery with project objectives and timelines.
• Travel to client sites as required by business needs.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in oil refinery operations, process engineering, or related refinery-company roles.
• Experience in roles such as Process Engineer, Operations Manager, or Production Manager.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience solving complex client problems through research, quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt across projects and teams and manage increasingly complex project components.
