Consultant, Compliance Quality Control (Compliance and Global Regulatory Affairs)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay and the remaining days remote

What you will do

• Execute defined quality control reviews for Compliance and Global Regulatory Affairs processes and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain quality control testing records, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Monitor remediation activities, action plans, and follow-ups through resolution.
• Analyze review results, trends, recurring themes, and metrics to identify process improvements.
• Prepare reporting inputs, dashboards, governance materials, presentations, and validation support for leadership.
• Collaborate with Oversight Functions, RCM Programs, and stakeholders to strengthen regulatory compliance and quality control practices.

Requirements

• Experience executing quality control and continuous improvement activities.
• Quality assurance and process improvement experience in banking or financial services.
• Working knowledge of risk management environments, standards, regulations, and mitigation.
• Strong analytical, written communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
