What you will do

• Represent the customer voice within the organization.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer cases using root cause analysis.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Use quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
• Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer and stakeholder perspective.
• Work with and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering; mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of at least two of the following: 5S, 8D reports, root cause analysis, and PPAP.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate across functions.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills for customer interactions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Already authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global.
