Tech Lead/Solution Architect - Supply Chain, Center of Excellence (AI): Building industrial supply-chain solutions around knowledge graphs, generative AI agents, and command-center UX with an accent on data modeling, deterministic agent skills, and enterprise architecture. Focus on designing testable AI playbooks, evaluating agent and graph behavior, integrating ERP and modern data platforms, and quantifying business value for executive stakeholders.

What you will do
- Own the technical direction of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence and define high-impact use cases for demos and customer solutions.
- Lead customer modeling sessions covering supply-chain data, knowledge graphs, temporal relationships, and complex hierarchies.
- Guide enterprise architecture for graph, AI, and UI solutions, including integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, ERP, MES, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Turn supply-chain expertise into structured AI skills with fixed parameters, guardrails, testable anchors, and staged rollouts.
- Design evaluation and testing frameworks for graph queries, AI agents, and user interfaces, including rigorous failure classification and root-cause debugging.
- Support architecture reviews, executive value cases, partner enablement, reusable demos, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of industrial supply-chain planning and execution, including connections to production, quality, and maintenance; familiarity with ISA-95/88 and SCOR.
- At least 5 years of industrial supply-chain experience and at least 5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
- Experience designing industrial information or knowledge-graph data models and integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and frontend development with TypeScript and React, plus experience with ADRs, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, SQL, ERP/MES/WMS/TMS source systems, and agentic AI or LLM workflow design.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, high-growth or scale-up experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
