Production Supervisor (Rotate Shifts)

Location: On-site in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico. Rotating shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with overtime availability required.

What you will do

• Lead a production team within a manufacturing unit or line, coordinating the transformation of parts and raw materials into finished products.
• Ensure efficient production according to volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Develop programs, projects, goals, and metrics to improve operational performance and optimize working capital.
• Manage manufacturing subcontractors together with Supply Chain and other internal disciplines, including safety guidance and work permits.
• Identify production deficiencies, implement improvement actions, and resolve critical product or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or a similar engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in similar production positions.
• Experience leading operational crews of more than 60 people.
• Experience with SCRAP KPIs, defects, order expiration, and production rate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, ETO, and lean manufacturing tools.
• Basic to intermediate English and availability for rotating shifts and overtime are required.
