Location: Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand; onsite production facility; afternoon shift

What you will do

• Lead an afternoon-shift production team and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Deliver production volume, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
• Identify operational improvements and oversee performance-enhancement initiatives.
• Resolve critical product and equipment issues with operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Lead staffing, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and team development.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement across the production operation.

• Proven experience leading high-performing manufacturing teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, performance, and accountability.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Passion for Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and build effective cross-functional relationships.
