Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Analyst (Fiduciary) (Junior and Senior Levels)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients. Daytime alignment with Asia time zones is required.

What you will do

• Record workflow activities to meet payment, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a client contact for routine payment and activity-related questions, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Reconcile fiduciary balances with clients and reinsurers and follow up on receivables.
• Propose and issue payments to clients and reinsurers while analyzing fiduciary metrics.
• Identify cash flow issues, dashboard efficiency concerns, service delivery risks, and exchange exposure from multi-currency transactions.
• Support RFP reporting, team meetings, professional development, and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Two to three years of work experience for junior-level roles or four to seven years for senior-level roles.
• Prior credit control or fiduciary experience in the reinsurance sector is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and stakeholder expectations, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work daytime hours aligned with Asia time zones and cover an Asia portfolio.
