Cybersecurity Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Support clients and prospects with information security assessments, questionnaires, RFPs, due diligence requests, and audit requests.
• Explain security controls, certifications, policies, and risk management practices during client calls and workshops.
• Interpret client security, contractual, compliance, and regulatory requirements and coordinate accurate responses with Information Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection, and client-facing teams.
• Support German-speaking clients and teams with German-language security requirements, documentation, and discussions.
• Improve Client Assurance Services tools, templates, knowledge repositories, automation initiatives, and standard response libraries.
• Maintain accurate, current, and accessible client assurance documentation and contribute to scalable best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in compliance, risk, audit or assurance, IT or technical support, technical advisory, data protection, business law, information security, cybersecurity, or another client-facing field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical, contractual, regulatory, and compliance requirements and explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
• Interest in information security and ability to develop relevant subject-matter knowledge quickly.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with security questionnaires, RFPs, due diligence, audits, or assurance activities.
• Familiarity with information security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or GDPR.
• Prior Client Assurance or cybersecurity experience.
