TL;DR
CMM Operator / Programmer (Manufacturing/Quality): Developing CMM programs and verifying dimensional quality for manufactured products with an accent on GD&T, inspection equipment, capability studies, and PPAP requirements. Focus on investigating quality issues, documenting nonconformances, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting production and engineering teams.
Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States; onsite

What you will do
- Develop and create CMM programs for manufacturing quality operations.
- Measure process performance and verify that products meet company quality standards.
- Investigate product quality issues, perform corrective actions, and document nonconformance reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality leaders on quality issues and provide blueprint change requests to engineering.
- Perform and evaluate testing, inspection, and capability studies.
- Support PPAP dimensional requirements and comply with divisional safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- CMM programming experience.
- Knowledge and experience with GD&T.
- Proficiency with calipers, tape measures, gages, micrometers, and height gages.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and manufacturing software and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
