What you will do

• Support Epic Professional Billing optimization and other project-based initiatives.
• Complete regulatory-related Epic build and system updates.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot Professional Billing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Partner with client IT teams while independently managing assigned work.
• Provide hands-on support throughout client engagements.

Requirements

• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing (PB).
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic PB build, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience supporting regulatory build and system updates.
• Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently assess issues, complete assignments, and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Epic Charge Router certification or strong Charge Router experience.
• Experience with complex Epic PB optimization initiatives.
• Experience supporting IT operational transitions.
• Consulting experience with healthcare organizations undergoing optimization or stabilization efforts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
