Manufacturing Operator 4 - Assembly & Test

Location: Farmers Branch, TX, United States. Onsite role with a Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

What you will do

• Assemble and inspect complex products using detailed work instructions, microscopes, precision tools, and ESD-safe practices.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections while documenting defects and non-conforming conditions.
• Complete approved rework and corrective actions, escalating complex issues to technicians, engineers, leads, or supervisors.
• Maintain productivity, quality, safety, and production schedule requirements.
• Support new process development and continuous improvement with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train Manufacturing Operator I employees and help coordinate daily workflow, materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience.
• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive precision work for extended periods.
• Experience with microscopes, visual inspection, miniature electronic or mechanical components, and precision tools.
• Experience in electronics assembly, SMT, medical device manufacturing, aerospace assembly, or a similar precision manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ESD practices, quality documentation, safety protocols, and basic test equipment.
• Ability to wear cleanroom attire and PPE for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Nice to have

• Basic soldering experience.
• IPC certification.
• Previous experience mentoring or training team members.
