Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist (Accounting)

Location: Hybrid role based at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $46,000–$61,000 per year.

What you will do

• Process a variety of accounts receivable transactions and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports for Finance, Merchandise Management, and Merchants on Merchants Prepaid account balances.
• Apply open receivables using available prepaid balances.
• Complete weekly and monthly journal entries to reconcile Instacart and DoorDash receivables and related liability accounts.
• Prepare flux explanations, monthly AR Direct Analysis reporting, and other analysis for senior management.
• Sort paper coupons from club mail for processing by Inmar and track boxes received from each club.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of office experience.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Ability to work in the Marlborough, Massachusetts support center Tuesday through Thursday.
