is hiring for a role focused on telesales operations, AI agent development, and customer-facing product improvements.
What you will do
- Own the operation and development of telesales AI agents, identifying use cases, deploying agents, and iterating to improve conversion and retention.
- Evaluate, integrate, and deploy vendors and tools that enhance telesales capabilities.
- Define and enforce best practices for quality, consistency, and compliance across customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing to convert customer conversation insights into product improvements.
- Partner with Analytics to establish measurement and experimentation frameworks, track channel KPIs, and report performance accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, with marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and the technical aspects of deployment and integration.
- Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
- Project management skills and the ability to communicate across functions and seniority levels.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Beginner to intermediate SQL skills and experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience within or alongside sales channels.
- Knowledge of conversational AI or speech analysis.
- Experience building AI-driven solutions with measurable business results.
