OT Cybersecurity Specialist (Industrial Cybersecurity)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — onsite at client operational facilities. The role requires extended onsite periods for interviews, workshops, facility inspections, and technical assessments.

What you will do

• Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments across industrial and operational technology environments.
• Evaluate security maturity, controls, vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance.
• Assess SCADA, DCS, PLCs, industrial networks, and related OT infrastructure.
• Perform gap analyses against cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
• Interview plant operations, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders and facilitate client workshops.
• Document findings and recommendations, present technical results, and support OT cybersecurity roadmaps and improvement plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, OT security, industrial cybersecurity, or industrial control systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial networks.
• Experience conducting OT security assessments, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
• Working knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks.
• Availability and willingness to work onsite for extended periods at operational facilities in Riyadh.
• Fluent English, strong technical reporting skills, and client-facing workshop facilitation experience.
