Senior Cybersecurity Specialist (OT/ICS)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia; onsite plant operational environment

What you will do

• Protect critical information, assets, infrastructure, and operational technology from cyber threats.
• Plan, design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems.
• Manage security activities including asset and access management, network security, hardening, patching, endpoint protection, backups, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and SIEM operations.
• Lead onsite industrial control systems compliance projects against Saudi industrial security, national cybersecurity, and applicable Saudi Aramco standards.
• Lead cybersecurity drills, tabletop exercises, incident response, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Work with the Cybersecurity Manager, safety, process control engineering, operations, maintenance, and other plant functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Expertise with operational technology and industrial control systems, network architecture, system hardening, patch management, vulnerability assessment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, firewalls, SIEMs, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, backup and recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of national and international cybersecurity standards, policies, procedures, and applicable Saudi requirements.
• Very good English skills in written and verbal communication; the position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

• CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or EC-Council Certified Incident Handler certification.
