Associate, Market Access Consulting (Healthcare)

Location: 100% office-based in Mexico City, Mexico; travel required as needed, averaging less than 10%.

What you will do

• Execute strategic quantitative analyses using large healthcare datasets to identify trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative primary research and quantitative secondary research across markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products.
• Develop predictive models for contracting strategies, patient affordability programs, prescriber and product utilization, and brand performance.
• Translate analytical findings into reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, project meetings, client discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply quality-control standards, manage deadlines, and communicate project progress, assumptions, challenges, and limitations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably in biology, biochemistry, economics, finance, business, healthcare management and policy, public health, or a related field.
• Excellent conversational and business English, written and oral.
• Basic SQL and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Interest in the evolving healthcare industry and willingness to develop consulting and market access expertise.
• Good project management, time management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Mexico City office and travel as needed, averaging less than 10%.
