US Market Inside Presales Technical Consultant for Print (Print/Presales): Providing technical recommendations, product presentations, and sales support for HP Print products and solutions in the US market with an accent on technical guidance, customer requests, and product training. What you will do
- Provide technical recommendations, direction, and guidance on Print products, solutions, and services.
- Support sales representatives and channel teams with customer requests, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
- Present the advantages of Print offerings and deliver product and solution training to other departments.
- Respond to and track technical questions from internal and external requestors.
- Manage technical escalations, provide proactive updates to the sales community, and collaborate with presales and worldwide technical resources.
- Monitor technical and environmental regulations while maintaining service quality and total customer experience.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English is required; internal communication, documentation, meetings, and training are conducted in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or computer science field.
- Interest in computer technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal tactical direction and demonstrate continuous learning.
- More than three years of experience in similar roles.
