Trust & Safety Investigator (AI)

What you will do

• Resolve assigned trust and safety cases while meeting quality, accuracy, productivity, and turnaround targets.
• Triage ticket queues and backlogs according to urgency, risk, and service-level goals.
• Evaluate evidence from enforcement reports and apply consistent, policy-aligned actions.
• Investigate flagged activity with internal case-management and investigative tools, documenting reasoning and outcomes.
• Escalate ambiguous or high-stakes cases with clear evidence and context.
• Identify emerging patterns, unusual spikes, and recurring abuse tactics for team review.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in trust and safety, fraud, privacy, compliance, or a similar operational function.
• Experience managing ticket-based workflows against productivity and SLA benchmarks.
• Ability to apply policy frameworks consistently and recognize when escalation is required.
• Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition in high-volume case environments.
• Experience with case-management platforms, investigative tooling, and approved AI-assisted workflows.
• Willingness to handle sexual, violent, and otherwise disturbing material.

Nice to have

• Experience writing case summaries or enforcement reports using standard templates.
• Experience participating in calibration sessions.
• Strong writing skills for case notes, escalations, and user-facing communications.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive data and content.
