What you will do

• Review and accurately reconstruct executive-level legal, compliance, policy, and public-sector presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Analyze slide structure and improve visual storytelling, data visualization, content hierarchy, and message clarity.
• Preserve precise legal and policy definitions, caveats, terminology, and intended meaning.
• Document the rationale for revisions and explain decisions to retain existing content or design elements.
• Edit executive briefings, policy analyses, committee updates, and public consultation materials for clarity and factual accuracy.
• Complete flexible, project-based assignments typically requiring 1–2 hours per slide.

Requirements

• Professional knowledge of legal and policy matters, including compliance and public law.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, presentation design, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to apply visual storytelling, evidence-supported titles, and appropriate exhibit selection.
• Strong content editing, critical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain message hierarchy and content structure within legal and public policy contexts.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in legal practice, regulatory affairs, public policy, compliance, governance, or the public sector.
• Experience creating or enhancing executive-level presentations for senior decision-makers or client audiences.
• Experience in AI training, rubric development, or evaluation.
• Background as an industry practitioner or consultant in legal, policy, compliance, or public-sector work.
