What you will do

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on real-world scenarios and company requirements.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements for clarity, precision, and compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on contract management best practices and negotiation strategies.
• Curate eligible, non-confidential transaction materials for project documentation.
• Evaluate contract templates and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare materials for AI training and provide written and verbal feedback.

Requirements

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel.
• Strong experience with commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management in corporate environments.
• Experience developing or using company-focused contract negotiation playbooks.
• Knowledge of industry-standard contract review and risk assessment practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training.
