What you will do

• Analyze complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries and case notes.
• Draft, review, and annotate custody agreements, divorce decrees, prenuptial agreements, court documents, and legal memoranda.
• Identify key legal issues, arguments, reasoning, risks, and material issues in case files.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, and legal soundness.
• Provide structured feedback and explain nuanced family law concepts in clear written language.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law and strong professional experience in family law.
• Experience handling complex family law matters in BigLaw, a leading law firm, or a comparable high-complexity legal environment.
• Strong legal research, writing, case-analysis, document-review, and legal reasoning skills.
• Experience interpreting statutes, case law, and legal precedent.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
