What you will do

• Lead consulting teams addressing complex strategic and operational challenges for banks, fintechs, payments companies, asset managers, and other financial institutions.
• Structure complex problems, analyze information, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Manage project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective collaboration, and timely outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and facilitate decision-making across stakeholder groups.
• Coach and develop junior consultants while contributing to knowledge development and thought leadership.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting, financial services, or a related industry, including demonstrated consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in banking, payments, fintech, or asset management.
• Proven project management and leadership experience with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills for developing transformative solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
