Production Supervisor (Smart Power)

What you will do

• Lead a production team or line and organize resources to meet production targets, schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Plan capacity and optimize resources while balancing production demand with other supervisors.
• Ensure production schedules, volume targets, inventory service levels, product conformity, and on-time delivery.
• Identify production, equipment, and facility improvements and oversee implementation of performance actions.
• Coordinate resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.
• Staff, guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates while promoting workplace safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; electromechanical or automation background is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in production management or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, 5S, quality gates, and modern production technologies.
• Switchgear or breaker manufacturing experience and familiarity with switchgear assembly processes are preferred.
• Fluent Chinese and good written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision, independent working, accountability, and team motivation skills; proficiency with office software and SAP.
