Operations Associate (Robotics)

What you will do

• Support autonomous delivery robots in the field and help maintain timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare, inspect, clean, deploy, recover, charge, sanitize, and secure robotic units and equipment.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets while communicating updates and maintaining records.
• Operate company vehicles or e-bikes to move, recover, and reposition robots safely.
• Escalate critical events, follow safety standards, and support robot deployment, training, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support teams.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfort driving mid-size utility vehicles as needed.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Professional customer engagement skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk or bike several miles per day, handle equipment, and work in various weather conditions while following PPE, cell phone, and dress-code rules.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and work communication tools such as Slack.
• One year of experience in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing field or service work.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
