What you will do

• Support BAU activities by creating and executing detailed test cases.
• Support test activities including identification of test conditions, creation and execution of test cases for project work.
• Communicate effectively with the Test Senior, development and management teams when required.
• Identify areas of improvement in the testing life cycle and share the same with the Test Senior / Lead to reduce time to deployment and ensure quality of test deliverables.
• Document mildly complex processes or procedures you identify that may be of benefit to other testers.
• Participate in planning, stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives and backlog grooming as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Software Engineering or comparable professional development and commercial experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• Strong experience and knowledge of software testing lifecycle with Agile, Waterfall and mixed methodologies.
• Working knowledge of testing/defect management tools i.e., Zephyr Scale and JIRA.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Client/Server applications, CRM, Postman, Utilities industry.
• Experience of working with SQL statements and REST API.

• Exposure to test automation is a plus
