Family Care Associate (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Braintree, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers through phone, text, and email.
• Respond to parent inquiries and concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Coordinate caregiver requests, feedback, and updates with internal clinical and care teams.
• Maintain accurate interaction and status documentation in internal systems.
• Guide and encourage families through onboarding, healthcare, and training processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Operations, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced technology startup, customer operations, or high-volume account coordination environment.
• Experience handling phone-based customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, patience, and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency.
• Healthcare or healthcare-related services experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, phone systems, or similar CRM tools.
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly changing environment.
