What you will do
- Lead payroll operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant, and controlled delivery.
- Review and approve monthly payrolls and coordinate with local HR teams and external providers.
- Lead the regional payroll transformation, including vendor consolidation and migration to a strategic payroll provider.
- Partner with HRIS, Finance, Global Mobility, and technology teams on Workday and Replicon integration.
- Manage payroll workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, new entities, and new-country setups.
- Lead and develop a six-member international payroll team while strengthening governance, controls, documentation, and vendor performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of international payroll experience across multiple countries and legal entities.
- Experience leading payroll transformation, provider transitions, vendor consolidation, or new payroll operating models.
- Experience with payroll integration projects, vendor onboarding, system migration, or implementation of payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll controls, compliance, audits, confidential data handling, and reporting.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage complexity, competing deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with M&A payroll integration, new entities, or new-country setup is preferred.
