TL;DR
Senior Manufacturing Excellence (Lean Six Sigma): Leading end-to-end process improvement and cost-saving projects in a manufacturing environment with an accent on LEAN transformation, Six Sigma methodologies, and operational KPI improvement. Focus on leading Kaizen events, developing digital process solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and AI, and coordinating global improvement initiatives.
Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do
- Lead cost-saving and continuous improvement projects focused on SQDC+ KPIs, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
- Plan and facilitate Kaizen events using A3 Problem Solving, 5S, SMED, VSM/Makigami, TPM, Standard Work, KANBAN, and DMAIC.
- Collaborate with global and Center of Excellence teams on capacity improvement, Hoshin Kanri, strategic projects, and best-practice deployment.
- Train, mentor, and coach employees on LEAN and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, visualization standards, reports, and operational documentation.
- Drive digitalization initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and AI to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of LEAN concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- 2–5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Experience in automation, digitalization, or a manufacturing environment.
- Experience planning and delivering training.
- Good English and computing skills are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining digital applications.
- Experience as an Operational or Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator.
