Industrial Hygienist (EHS)

What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments for chemical, biological, and physical agents.
• Develop and implement monitoring programs covering air sampling, noise surveys, and ventilation assessments.
• Maintain and calibrate industrial hygiene equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
• Assess new processes and equipment with cross-functional teams to identify occupational health risks.
• Lead occupational health incident investigations, recommend corrective actions, and support related training.
• Prepare technical reports, participate in risk assessments, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial hygiene experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing.
• Certification or eligibility for certification such as CIH, ROH, or another EHS-related credential.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and exposure assessment methodologies, including OSHA, EPA, and EU REACH.
• Proficiency with industrial hygiene monitoring equipment and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, independent working, and collaboration skills.
