People Experience Lead (Biopharma): Leading strategic people partnership, employee relations, labor relations, and governance for Pfizer’s unionized Philippines Commercial organization with an accent on investigations, disciplinary processes, labor risk, talent planning, and organizational change. Focus on managing complex employee cases, interpreting collective agreements, strengthening decision governance, and advising leaders through commercially sensitive workforce matters.

What you will do
- Partner with Philippines Commercial and enabling-function leaders on people strategy, talent, organization, culture, and workforce priorities.
- Lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, workplace concerns, and separations.
- Manage labor relations for a unionized workforce, including union engagement, grievance resolution, collective agreement interpretation, and workforce disruption mitigation.
- Own people governance, risk escalation, documentation quality, approvals, audit readiness, and decision trails.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Coach leaders and managers on performance, inclusion, employee matters, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior HRBP or People Experience leader supporting business leadership teams.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, investigations, disciplinary processes, labor relations, and case governance.
- Experience supporting a unionized workforce and managing high-risk labor and employee matters.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and employment practices.
- Proven capability in talent management, succession planning, leadership advisory, organization effectiveness, and change management.
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, communication, planning, quality control, execution, and ability to influence without authority.
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial transformation, restructuring, workforce transitions, or go-to-market change.
- Exposure to APAC or regional stakeholder environments.
- Experience with unions, employee representatives, works councils, or labor authorities.
- Experience in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or values-based organizations.
