Junior GEO Specialist (AI Search)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days, plus WFA options.

What you will do

• Help shape and execute GEO/AEO strategy across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and emerging agentic search environments.
• Increase citation frequency, share of voice, and brand presence in AI-generated responses for proxies, web scraping, and data collection.
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks for citation rate, mention frequency, and sentiment across chatbots.
• Audit content architecture and help create content optimized for AI extractability and citation.
• Monitor how AI agents discover and use web content and help define agent-ready standards for the website and content ecosystem.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Web, Product, affiliate, influencer, and growth marketing teams on content and technical improvements.

Requirements

• At least one year of on-site SEO experience, with interest in or early hands-on exposure to GEO and AI search.
• Understanding of how large language models work and experience optimizing for AEO.
• Strong content skills, including briefing, editing, and quality control for AI discoverability.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and/or GEO monitoring tools.
• Background in B2B SaaS and familiarity with technical SEO.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and how agents consume and act on web content.
