Senior SEO/GEO Analyst (AI)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Independently execute advanced, high-stakes SEO and GEO work across client websites.
• Lead technical audits, diagnostics, competitive research, keyword and prompt research, and AI-answer research.
• Implement and troubleshoot structured data and content optimizations for traditional search and AI-generated answers.
• Build and interpret reports using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Peec AI.
• Track AI search citations, share of voice, and AI-referral traffic, turning findings into recommendations.
• Manage multiple client workstreams, contribute to client calls, mentor Analysts, and partner with content and development teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including meaningful GEO or AI search work.
• Deep knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, rendering, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking.
• Strong experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Peec AI or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, maintain high-quality standards, and communicate clearly.
• Comfort using LLMs, working in HTML, and implementing structured data; CSS and JavaScript familiarity is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Agency experience and experience with eCommerce, Fintech, or SaaS clients.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing other SEOs and contributing to client presentations.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Basecamp, or Productive.
