SEO/GEO Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Barcelona, or Amsterdam

What you will do

• Lead SEO and GEO activities across multiple languages and markets.
• Track, report, and analyze traffic and search performance.
• Conduct keyword discovery, competitor research, and search engine optimization.
• Optimize website copy, landing pages, content, linking, and website architecture.
• Develop link-building strategies and lead content creation and programming.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO and GEO best practices in new code.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO/GEO experience with international brands and a proven portfolio of GEO projects.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as GA, GSC, Data Studio, WebTrends, and Semrush.
• Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and answer engine algorithms.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus daily use of coding tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English required; keyword research experience across multiple markets and languages.

Nice to have

• French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese language skills.
