Professional SEO Specialist (Ecommerce)

Location: Szczecin, Poland; hybrid work model with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, rankings, and conversion quality.
• Conduct SEO audits, competitor analyses, keyword research, latent semantic optimization, and search intent analysis.
• Prepare technical requirements for developers and designers to improve site architecture, indexing, and new section rollouts.
• Build and maintain SEO performance reports in Power BI, tracking traffic, rankings, and campaign ROI.
• Automate recurring research and reporting tasks using Regular Expressions, custom scripts, and Google Sheets formulas.
• Mentor junior specialists and collaborate with development, content, translation, and localization teams.

Requirements

• Mid-level SEO experience with a record of growing organic traffic in ecommerce or digital environments.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, indexing management, on-page structuring, and semantic analysis.
• Experience creating technical tasks for software engineers and UI/UX designers, including task decomposition and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Google Sheets formulas, and Regular Expressions.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues, review work quality, and collaborate across departments.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English for written and verbal communication with international colleagues.

• Familiarity with SEO documentation, catalog data, Confluence, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
