SEO Lead (Poland)

Location: Poland; remote role with hybrid and work-from-anywhere options available.

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility and generate organic leads.
• Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities, and guide content creators.
• Develop and implement backlink-building strategies.
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO health.
• Collaborate with content, product, engineering, and data teams to optimize the website and refine reports.
• Track industry trends and identify AI optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team.
• Demonstrated measurable organic growth and ownership of SEO projects from planning through results.
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Ability to track and present changes through automated reporting, with knowledge of digital marketing channels and search analytics tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
