Accounts Receivable Associate - Part-Time - Temporary

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite

Salary: CAD 18.42–23.03 per hour

What you will do

• Process and monitor incoming payments, bid deposits, refunds, invoices, and accounting adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer, consignor, and inter-company receivable records.
• Support collections, investigate delinquencies, and resolve customer account inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers with the general ledger and review aging balances.
• Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and allowance-for-doubtful-accounts analysis.
• Verify sale-site tax, administrative fee, authorization, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
