Lead, Cybersecurity Operations

Salary: $123,950–$154,880 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily security monitoring, threat detection, investigations, and timely incident remediation.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex investigations and analyst support.
• Own the end-to-end incident response lifecycle and coordinate updates between leadership and the SOC.
• Develop and tune SIEM use cases, optimize telemetry, and expand detection coverage.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, SME programs, operational workstreams, and blocker resolution.
• Create and improve incident response playbooks, SOPs, automation, metrics, and threat analysis practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Security+, GCIH, GCIA, GCED, or an equivalent certification.
• 5–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating incident response activities.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and detection-driven operations.
• Familiarity with EDR, NDR, email security, WAF, and identity or security monitoring tools.
