IT Security Operations Manager

Location: Glens Falls, NY; 100% onsite

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year plus potential bonus

What you will do

• Oversee daily enterprise security operations and maintain a strong security posture.
• Manage security tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and DLP.
• Lead incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring activities.
• Apply cybersecurity frameworks and support regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the Security Operations team.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
