What you will do

• Collect, record, review, and analyse cardiovascular safety and electronic study data.
• Support studies by monitoring critical phases, reporting issues, and meeting strict delivery timelines.
• Recognise typical ECG complexes, basic rhythms, abnormal rhythms, blood pressure data, and respiratory waveforms.
• Check data accuracy and format results according to study requirements.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and assist with inter-department scheduling.
• Review and provide input on protocols, amendments, reports, SOPs, and relevant study processes.

Requirements

• National-level education with grade C / 4 or above in Science, Mathematics, and English GCSE.
• Ability to learn new tasks, methodologies, software, and departmental data-collection systems quickly.
• Understanding of laboratory SOPs, Good Laboratory Practice, Home Office licence requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite at the Alconbury, Cambridgeshire site.
• Strong teamwork and accurate technical data-handling skills.

Nice to have

• BSc in Biology, Pharmacology, or Physiology.
• Experience in the scientific industry, preferably in a GLP environment.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular data acquisition and analysis.
